L: Change the World was very good. Quite different than I'd imagined it would be. For a Death Note movie, it sure lacked Death Note. I looked around on Amazon to find release dates for the Death Note Dvds and found that volumes 1 and 2 will be released within a month of each other, rather than the bi-monthly. This leads me to believe that Death Note will not be on Adult Swim for long or they want to be weird and get the Dvds out before episodes even airs. I found that each disc ( Read more... )

I was not aware that Cartoon Network was going to air Death Note, let alone last night. Thanks to Andrea, I became aware and was able to catch it. It wasn't NEARLY as bad as I thought it was judging from the trailer; the trailer was horrid acting and wasn't convincing me much. But in watching it, I think I can grow to love it. Okay, so I lied about being scared of the Death Note anime and it not being as pretty as the manga. I actually like watching it in motion, it's very pretty *_*. It adds so much more suspense with the music as well. Only RAW so far, but I'm liking the opening. And... *smirk* Miyano Mamoru as Light puts me into fits of giggles. I'm like "DUDE!
